Scope means “a space or opportunity for unhampered motion, activity, or thought.” Elevate’s SCOPES means Shared Community of Practice ERG Series, which convenes ERG stakeholders to exchange insights and best/next practices. With more than one lens or view, we use the plural of scopes to connect a kaleidoscope of perspectives and experiences that reflect ERGs. The Elevate SCOPES gathers cross-industry ERG stakeholders, including ERG leaders, members, and program managers to share, network, and develop. The cross-industry ERG leaders who have participated during the year in Elevate’s ERG Communities of Practice Plus (CoP+) are given the opportunity to invite fellow ERG leaders, past, present, and prospective to the SCOPES.
